I may have an obsession with polka dots in general. The designs that you can come up with polka dots are endless! This specific design was created using a dotting tool, but you can substitute the dotting tool with a toothpick. Make polka dots and let them dry, and make smaller polka dots on them. Its the easy, and anyone can create them! You can have the polka dots all over the nail or just in a "L" shape if you want. Tell me how you incorporate polka dots into your nail designs!
