NOTD- Fan

I achieved this look by using a fan tool. I purchased it from Ebay for less than a dollar. I first painted all my nails Dance Teal Dawn, by ULTA. I then got my fan tool and dipped it into Gold Coin, by REVLON and went from left to right on to my nail. I then fanned it onto my nail right to left to give a fuller effect. I then got Dance Teal Dawn and fanned some of that on to give it a lighter teal. I then applied a top coat.

This nail is super pretty and looks hard to achieve. This took about 10 minutes. You can make different color combos to make this look your own.

Polka dots of fun

This nail is easy to achieve. The only special tool that will be needed is a dotter, however, you can make Them your self. I will make post later on how to make them!

NOTD- Navy and Yellow

Navy- ULTA
Yellow- ULTA
This is a nail look that I have for this week. It is a very easy look and their are many color combinations you could use. I would you colors that are opposite from each other like black and white or you could do blue and orange. All you need for this look is a dotter. (Look for an upcoming post on how to make a dotter) I started from the top and as I got closer to the bottom, I put less dots closer to each other. Comment below if you try out this nail look!

NOTD- Classy Polkas

Going out to a formal event? These classy looking nails will do the trick. This nail art is simple to achieve.
All you need is two colors; one neutral and one colorful, preferably colors going with your outfit. Paint nails with the neutral color. Then, get the colorful polish and paint your tips. Get a dotter and make a curving shape with your dotter, making sure that you use the opposite colors on the different parts of your nail. Apply top coat.

Galaxy Nails

The galaxy pattern has really been in this year. Everywhere I go I see galaxy leggings, shirts, and even dresses! Earlier this week I wanted to try out the galaxy design for myself and this is what I came up with. If you would like me to do a tutorial please comment below! I did the following design using a sponge. I first painted my nail navy blue. From their, I made my galaxies using white. I applied the white with a sponge. Then, I applied yellow in the middle of the white galaxy with a sponge. Afterwards, I used a light pink and randomly placed the pink around the yellow in small quantities. Near the ends of the white galaxies, I applied a blue around the galaxies so it would blend. Using a dotting tool, or in my case a tooth pick, make little stars everywhere and top the look of with a sparkly clear polish to get this cool nail design! It sounds confusing but if your would like a tutorial, comment below!

Chevron nails

These chevron nails are easy to achieve. Just get a small pointy brush or dotter and get a color an precisely put the polish in the nail in a zig zag motion. Another way to get cleaner chevron nails would be to get crazy scissors which have a zig zag pattern and cute pieces of tape. Then apply your base coat. Let it dry. Put on the tape. Apply second color and then take off the tape when dry!

4th of July Nails

4th of July is just around the corner and I decided to share a nail design that I came up with for the 4th of July. I am planning to put up another nail design to, so keep an eye open for that! I did the following nails by coloring half the nail red and the other half white. Then, I took a blue nail art pen from Sally Hansen, and just drew random lines in the middle to conceal the division of the red and white color. It is a very easy design. Comment below and tell me how your nails come out or what nails you are planning to do for the 4th of July. Also, if you would like me to recreate a design and show tutorial, send me the picture at classygirlschic@gmail.com or comment the URL to the picture in the comments below.

NOTD

I achieved this look by getting three color: blue, yellow, and pink. I put them on a sponge and applied them to different areas in my nail. Then I got a black nail polish and with a dotter I outlined a flower. I then painted my other nails the four different colors.

These are the nails that I am wearing. These can be achieved by getting a medium dotting size and make a dot in the middle of your nail. Then get a smaller size of a dotter and make dots around the bigger one. Repeat this until your nail is mostly filled! Easy as that!

Polka Dots Nails with a Twist

nails1 This is a look I came up with. I used a dotter tool for this nail look. I used a light blue color for the base and then I used a pink, tan, and navy color to create the dots on the bottom and dispersed on the top. I took less than 10 minutes. I toped it off with a top coat. This is a effortless cute look that anyone can do. Tell me in the comments below how it turns out for you! ~Alley

Chevron Mint and Copper Nails

minnted nails with copper chevron

This is nail art that I did recently. I used Minted from Revlon as my base. I put two coats of this polish. I then got a nail art brush that has a skinny and rectangle brush. I purchased this from Amazon for about $3.00. I dipped it into Revlon's Copperglaze Platinum and used it to make the chevron stripes. I then applied by top coat. I only put this design on my ring finger and painted the rest of my nails with Minted Comment below how this design comes out for you! ~Zoey
